House of PHILANA ships currently only within the EU, to Switzerland and United Kingdom (UK)

All orders are dispatched 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. The customer receives a tracking number by e-mail once the order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
All prices are in euros including Dutch VAT (21%) and excluding shipping costs (unless stated otherwise). House of PHILANA accepts payments via iDEAL (in The Netherlands), bank transfer and a Creditcard. After placing an order, costumers receive an automatically generated confirmation by email. Payments are processed by Mollie.
*Duties and taxes to non-EU countries
For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. Please note that House of PHILANA is unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company will contact the customer once the purchase arrives in customs to inform them about the amount of additional costs. Please note that if customers don’t choose to pay the import taxes, House of PHILANA reserves the right to charge the customer for incurred costs.
House of PHILANA insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. House of PHILANA requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to the customer.
To cancel your order please send an e-mail to email@example.com . Please note that as a purchase will be prepared and dispatched quickly, House of PHILANA might not be able to accommodate this request. In that case, the usual return policy comes into effect.
Returns & exchanges
Your purchase may be returned within 14 days after delivery. An item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the return procedure (sited below) to avoid loss or delay. Please ensure that all items are returned undamaged, clean, unworn and have all their tags and original packaging. Any non-faulty garments that are not in a condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. House of PHILANA will give a refund of the purchase price within 30 days (or refund the difference, in case of exchanges).
Please note: House of PHILANA does not refund the return shipment costs. The return of the goods and the payment for the return shipment must be arranged by the customer. The goods are customers responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure the goods packed safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , to inform House of PHILANA of your request to send a return. All returning garment must be sent back in perfect condition, with intact and affixed labels and packaging. We advise to provide your return shipment with a tracking number, as House of PHILANA is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss. Refunds will be effected within 30 days after delivery.
